Description
Anode only (no plug). Replaces Caterpillar 6L2289.
Used on Caterpillar 3208 diesel marine engines with 4W-9164 Heat Exchanger configuration.
Heat Exchanger 4W-9164 has 1 of these anodes (16mm diameter) - Starboard Side, bottom of the bonnet and 2 x 6L2283 anodes (10mm diameter) Port Side, Front.
